The 330 Series cabinets open access monitored cabinet has the ability to constantly monitor the functions of the AED and the cabinet and provide an alert on the deployment of the AED. It provides real-time information concerning incidents and events.

Access type:

Open or restricted access - the 330 Series model is an open or restricted access outdoor cabinet and can be secured by a 4 digit code. The code can be known or provided during an emergency by the base monitoring centre via the integrated hands free emergency phone.

The 330 Series allows the cabinet to be located in a true public access location where onsite security/supervision may not be available.

Keypad locking system:

Electronic keypad – Secure emergency and maintenance access via a 4-digit code.

The code can be known or be given to the responder through the cabinets’ integrated hands free phone.

Photo control camera: The infra-red camera will automatically take surveillance images of the responder on opening of the cabinet and removal of the AED. These are stored on our servers for identification if this information is required at a later date.
Weatherproof: It is weatherproof, providing effective protection against dust, rain, cold, rust, humidity and condensation.
Display: Backlit LCD screen - displaying the status of the power, network, temperature and presence of the AED
AED status optical sensor: An optical sensor allows for the real time monitoring and presence of the AED in the cabinet. The system ensures the operational status of the AED.

Alarm: Alarmed- Removing the AED from the cabinet will immediately trigger a visual alarm with flashing red LEDs as well as an audible alarm (90dB).

  • Flashing white LED in low ambient light conditions to help identify the location of the AED Emergency Cabinet
Power supply: 24 Volt DC low voltage The power supply is safe and allows the operation of the heating and fan systems. With this specificity as well as its intelligent design, the 330 Series is suitable for outdoor positioning.
Backup battery power: Rechargeable back-up battery for essential functions in case of power supply failure.
Temperature control system:

Temperature control allows the AED unit to be maintained at above freezing temperatures and protected in extreme conditions, down to -20 °C and in accordance with the AED manufacturer's specification for safe storage.

A thermostatically controlled fan system is activated through a temperature sensor and configured thresholds. The fan system enables the heat to be extracted from the AED compartment when during increased temperature and warmer environments. A visual alarm signals anomalies such as out of range temperatures using flashing red LEDs as well as email notification to the organisation.

Cabinet heating is also available for cold environments.

Customisable label:

The AED sign is displayed on the front cover and on both sides of the cabinet, an AED / ANZCOR symbol also identifies the cabinet and AED as a vital emergency life saving device.

The front label clearly shows the chain of survival in the case of a sudden cardiac arrest and instructions on how to access the AED with the 4 digit code.

The front label can be customised to provide additional information for a greater visual impact and compliance with customer requirements.

Maintenance access: RFID badge reader (electronic swipe card) allows access for maintenance purposes.
